Penguin Engineering proudly introduces the Big Electric Roti Machine, a heavy-duty, high-capacity solution designed for large-scale roti production with consistent quality and superior performance. Built for industrial use, this machine is ideal for large kitchens, catering units, food factories, and institutions requiring high-volume output with minimal manual effort.

The machine delivers an impressive production capacity of 900 to 1,000 rotis per hour, ensuring fast and efficient operations while maintaining softness and uniform thickness. Powered by a 0.5 HP motor, it ensures smooth, stable, and continuous performance even under demanding workloads.

Constructed with a food-grade stainless steel (S.S.) body, the machine guarantees durability, hygiene, and long-term reliability. It features a 3-layer stainless steel conveyor belt, enabling continuous processing and consistent cooking results with reduced manpower.

Equipped with a powerful 19 kW electric heating system and a total electrical load of 20 kW (440V, 50Hz), the machine ensures uniform heat distribution for perfectly cooked rotis.
