Every model is built on a heavy-duty stainless steel body with a precision grain hopper, titanium-coated moulds, adjustable heating and pressure control, a 7-inch HMI touch display, and a fully automatic feeding and discharge system. The result is uniform size, even puffing, and consistent texture in every piece — with minimal manual labour and almost zero material wastage.

Our range covers three production tiers. The 6D Popped Chips & Rice Cake Machine delivers 5,000 to 5,500 pieces per hour on a 9 kW, 440V 3-phase supply and suits startups and growing snack brands. The 15D Popped Chips & Rice Cake Machine is the mid-volume industrial unit for manufacturers running continuous shifts. The 28D Popped Chips & Rice Cake Machine is our large-scale system, producing 10,000 to 11,000 pieces per hour with a 20 kW drive and a 20L hopper for high-output factory lines.

All models offer a dual output option — 50×53mm triangular chips or 40mm round rice cakes, both with adjustable 2 to 10mm thickness — so a single machine can serve multiple SKUs.
