("Terms")
govern your use of our website www.penguinengineering.in . By
accessing or using the Site,
you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these
Terms, please do not use the Site.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Payment Terms: 50% Advance, 30% Between 5 to 7 Days, 20% Before Delivery.
- Wooden, GST & Transport: Wooden Packing Charge, Transportation Charge, & GST Will Be Extra.
- Return Policy: Order Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy Not Available.
- Delivery Responsibility: The Seller’s Responsibility for the Goods Ceases Upon Delivery to The Carrier.
- Transit Damage: Seller Is Not Responsible for Any Type of Damage or Breakage Occurred by The Transporter During Transit.
- Service: Any Technical Consulting, Assistance Will Be Provided by The Seller Through Video Call Only.
If An On-site Service Is Required, Service Charges May Apply and The Buyer Is Responsible for All Associated Expenses Including Accommodation, Food, Transportation, Etc.
- Warranty:
- PaniPuri Filling Machine: 1 Year of Sensor, Controller and Air Pump Warranty, 2 Year Warranty on Pump. (Water damage in Pump will not be covered under warranty).
- Other Machines: Only Motor, Gearbox & Drive Having 1 Year of Warranty. Voltage Stabilizer should be Installed in case of Under and Over Voltage Condition (Voltage Fluctuations). Motor & Drive failure due to Voltage Fluctuations will not be covered in Warranty.
- Imported Machines: No Warranty Provided. Only Services will be Provided at Company Premises.
PANI PURI MAKING & AUTOMATIC FRYER MACHINE (ALL MACHINES)
- A Fire Extinguisher must be Installed In Close Proximity To The Fryer Machine.
- The Buyer Acknowledges That Operator’s Mishandling and Incorrect Operation May Result in Significant Damage Due to The Heating of Oil. Oil Tank must be cleaned once in a week.
- For The Heat Exchanger and Burner, The Respective Manufacturer Is Liable for The Warranty of Those Products.
- The Seller Is Not Responsible for The Actual Production, As It Depends on The Expertise of The Manpower Deployed at The Machinery.
- All Responsibilities Related to The Recipe and The Quality of The Product Lies with The Buyer. Seller is Not Responsible.
- All Warranties Provided Shall Be Void If the Equipment Is Not Connected To A Stable Power Supply Or There Has Been A Power Interruption. Stabilizer Must Be Installed.
- The Seller Shall Provide One Time Demonstration of The Goods and Recipes At The Factory Only. On-site Demonstration or Installation Will Not Be Provided. Buyer Is Solely Responsible for Production Capacity, Working of The Machinery & Maintenance.
- Cutting Die Will Not Be Returned or Replaced.
SAMOSA MAKING MACHINE
- Warranty: 1 Year Warranty of Motor Only.
- Service: Service Will Be Provided Only at Company Premises and Parts Will Be Chargeable.
